Khenpo Dawa Paljor taught on Mipham Rinpoche's commentary on the Uttaratantra Shastra: A word-by-word commentary on the Uttaratantra Shastra, (Wyl. theg pa chen po rgyud bla ma'i bstan bcos kyi mchan 'grel mi pham zhal lung) in 2009. The recordings contain the Tibetan teaching and its live English translation. This page also has the Tibetan text for each section of recording so you can follow along.
